Tool: Hiring Coaching-Inclined People

Hiring for coaching skills makes both onboarding and transitioning to coaching easier. While anyone can learn to coach, people who are inclined toward empathy, humility, flexibility, and equity can often adopt a coaching approach more readily. It is often less time consuming and more effective to hire people with a coaching mindset and develop their technical skills.

This tool offers a sample language to add to your job description to attract candidates with a coaching mindset. In addition, the tool provides sample interview questions and a scoring system to evaluate candidates based on five core coaching principles.
