Job performance measures can sometimes create unintended consequences, misaligned incentives, or conflicts with coaching practices. Use this tool to embed Family-Centered Coaching principles into your organization’s current approach to performance review and/or other methods of measuring staff success.

Each question is a conversation starter to help coaches and supervisors understand where staff may be having sticking points and inspire how they can work collaboratively to overcome them.
